The brief

An education consultancy serving families and schools needed dependable support for events, social media and daily operations.

What I did

Since 2023, I have supported events such as Pi Day and Summer Academy, managed calendars and social content, built e-marketing in Wix, and standardised the newsletter-writing process.

The outcome

A long-running partnership of 2,980+ hours and counting. The newsletter process is now more consistent and easier to run.

Turning rough slides and scattered notes into resources a team can use

The brief

A US-based team needed rough slide decks turned into engaging presentations, and a well-organised company wiki.

What I did

Built presentations for different stakeholders, maintained the wiki, and researched and synthesised information from many sources. A second client later had me produce daily briefs.

The outcome

Which time zones do you cover?

I'm available from 9am to 2am East Africa Time. That covers a full business day in Europe and on the US East Coast, and most of one on the US West Coast. See the chart above, and we agree your core hours at the start.

What can you take on?

Which tools do you work in?

Google Workspace, Notion, Trello, Airtable, Monday.com, Canva, Wix, WordPress and Microsoft Office. I am quick to learn the system your team already uses.

How do you handle confidential information?

I treat everything you share as confidential, work only in the accounts you give me access to, and am happy to follow your security practices, such as a shared password manager and limited access.

How quickly do you reply?

Typically within an hour. You will always know what is in progress and what is next.
